I have not been able to get a single e-mail from any publication that I have belonged to for months now.

First they told me they will check out it. Then I was told the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This happened a number of times after I was informed my email address had actually been updated. Then they informed me they will do an escalated case to trace my email issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was told my initial email service - protonmail. com is not compatible. Then I changed my e-mail to a yahoo e-mail address they said would give me no concerns. I wait, still nothing. Then they tell me it was because I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, however when I firmly insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still absolutely nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then customer support informs me on their end, it shows nothing was sent out and they do not know when they head out by means of email. When I asked for a manager or different contact details, they said they do not have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these lifetime subscriptions overall, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and awful customer care. I belong to other financial investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to quickly fix any concerns. Absolutely nothing even near to absolute incompetence I have actually experienced here.
