Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent updates at what time, but then customer support tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they do not know when they head out through email. When I asked for a supervisor or various contact details, they stated they do not have any.

I paid close to 5 figures for these lifetime subscriptions overall, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and terrible client service. I am part of other financial investment advisories and they have the capability and resources to rapidly solve any concerns.
