Upon logging into the site, I can see which services sent updates at what time, however then client service tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent and they do not understand when they head out through email. When I asked for a manager or different contact info, they said they do not have any.

I paid close to 5 figures for these life time memberships overall, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, discouraging, and awful matthew sharpe client service.
